加拿大曼尼托巴省（简称曼省）的本省技术移民政策（Skilled Workers in Manitoba），鼓励留学生毕业之后留在曼省，连续工作六个月至一年时间，即有资格通过曼省省提名项目（MPNP）申请移民。步骤如下：

第一步，提交EOI（Expression of Interest）申请，进入EOI甄选系统进行打分；
第二步，分数合格获邀并提交MPNP 邀请；
第三步，获MPNP批准，提交联邦资料，最终成功取得枫叶卡。

具体EOI甄选系统打分表如下（附中英文对照）

1. 语言（最高125分）（如工作为NOC C, D类，英语等级不能低于CLB 4）
